While the location is convenient, the parking situation is disappointing. There is only valet parking available, and if your car isn't high-end, the valet attendants may not give it proper attention. Additionally, the constant traffic in front of the hotel can lead to significant delays, often resulting in wait times of at least 20 minutes when retrieving your car from valet. Furthermore, the level of customer service leaves much to be desired. Overall, it's not a recommended option for accommodation.

Very long waiting queue. Got a smoking room although I asked for non smoking. No apologies at all There should have been a duty manager to talk to all the angry and frustrated customers at the front desk, but he/she didn't appear at all and all the employees had to go inside for every question or clarification

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in the world. disgusting service. We arrived with a clean car, after washing, they returned us a dirty car in the morning. the shower in the room is broken. breakfast is terrible. In Egypt, hotels offer better food and more variety of food. The general manager doesn't decide anything! We waited 15 minutes for the valet, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. you will be left with the worst impressions

If you are coming here then this can be a very wasteful journey for you in hotel.The front office staff junaid was very angry and was giving me answers to some things in anger.Very rude, he doesn't have the manners to talk to guests. doesn't work. They put us in a terrible room, three people in one small room. We were with our family, there were nine of us, but we were all put on different floors. I give it one star, it's just terrible! How could they build this in the ᴄᴇɴᴛᴇʀ I believe none of you should come here
